For instance, collect your requirements on a page in PBworks and share it with your client. As the document evolves, clients follow the changes automatically with email notifications or RSS feeds.

Engage clients to participate

Clients can post comments to pages, or you can allow them to make edits directly. Either way, your team will get immediately notified of your client's updates. And changes are always safe because all revisions are tracked in page history.

Track approvals

When you're ready for client review, set up tasks within our Project tab indicating which items need their approval. Have your clients indicate their approval via task comment, and then check off the completed task. Compared to email, collaborating on a document is a richer more engaging experience for your client that encourages them to work more closely with your team and makes them feel more integrated into the process.
